Stay (Call your Name) is a song and final single by the pop rock band The New Romantic Devils and their second album Seize the Day. The song has a very psychedelic intro at beginning. The song is built of a repeating driving riff by Monroe.

According to guitarist Archie Monroe "Stay" developed from a spontaneous jam session while the band was finishing recording Seize the Day. Keith Hudson began playing a driving drum beat from Bo Diddley's "Bo Diddley" McCoy and Monroe started playing a Chuck Berry style guitar riff. The tapes were rolling and about fifteen minutes the basis for the song was completed. When they listened to the playback Hudson and Monroe worked on it some more and slowed the tempo down as they were working Holly was in the back writing lyrics and singing in a seductive style, Peyton added co vocals with her and they brought band in a recorded the song.
