Freddy Spencer was born in Lubbock, Texas on December 18, 1971. He was one of the guitar players and founding members for the band Skull's on Parade. He left the band after the death of founding member and guitar player Dex Barrowe. He has been a session guitar player in several places throughout Texas. He was a touring member and studio member of The New Romantic Devils from 2004-2008. He was never an official member. He is now a producer in the Fort Worth/Dallas area. He has produced 6 albums for The New Romantic Devils. Devils Got Your Tongue, Painting a Perfect Picture, Pop Rocks, Double Trouble, These Lonely Streets, and The Devil You Know. He as also produced music for The Tony Rich Project, Death on the Radio , Forgetting Monday.

Freddy had joined the band Dead before Dawn. He will also continue to produce music for artists in the Fort Worth/Dallas area.

Freddy has three children ranging in ages from 28 to 17. He keeps his life very private.
